Did you know there is an asteroid (number 10895) officially named Aynrand?—it was ratified by the International Astronomical Union.

Of course, there are also asteroids Karl Marx, Kant, Freud and more, so I guess it’s not so much of an honor. Heck, Sean Connery’s got one named after him and he’s not even dead.
